Orders & Payment

Can I change or cancel my order?
Changed your mind or spotted a typo? Email us at hello@artelle.com.au as soon as you can. If your order hasn't been packed yet, we'll happily swap or cancel it. Once it's on its way, we can't change it, but our returns page has you covered.

Will I get an order confirmation?
Yes! You'll get an email as soon as your order goes through, and another with tracking once it's on its way. Nothing in your inbox after a few minutes? Check your junk folder, then give us a shout.

What if I entered the wrong address?
It happens! Email us at hello@artelle.com.au straight away with your order number and the right address. If it hasn't been packed yet, we'll fix it. If it's already shipped, we'll do our best to redirect it, but we can't promise.

Product & Care

What's in a pack?
Each pack comes with 4 pieces: either 4 placemats (38 × 48 cm) or 4 napkins (45 × 45 cm). Packs are sold separately, so you can mix and match colourways to build your table.

What are they made of?
A soft cotton and linen blend (55% cotton, 45% linen). It's got that relaxed, textured look that makes a table feel put-together, and it holds up to real hosting.

How do I wash and care for them?
Spills are part of a good night. Hand wash or machine wash cold on a gentle cycle with like colours. Do not bleach. Iron on the reverse side on a medium heat to protect the embroidery. Line dry.
