Where we ship
We currently ship within Australia only. International shipping isn't available yet. Join our email list to hear when that changes.
Shipping rates
- Orders under A$100: flat rate A$12 Australia-wide.
- Orders A$100 and over: free standard shipping.
- Express shipping will be offered from 1 December
Shipping is calculated at checkout.
Dispatch times
Orders are packed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Orders placed over weekends and public holidays are shipped on the next business day.
Delivery times
We send orders with Australia Post Parcel Post. Delivery usually takes 2-8 business days from dispatch, depending on where you live. You'll receive an email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.
Need it by a certain date?
We don't offer Express Post at checkout at the moment. If you need your order by a particular date, email us before you order with your email address and we'll let you know what's possible and the cost. Express shipping will be offered from 1 December
Christmas and busy periods
Want your Artelle in time for the holidays? Order by these dates for delivery before Christmas (metro Australia):
- Standard shipping: order by Wed 16 December
- Express shipping: order by Mon 21 December
- WA & NT: order by Mon 14 December (standard) or Sat 19 December (express)
- Regional and rural areas: please order a few days earlier, as Australia Post takes longer outside metro areas.
Orders after these dates will still ship, but we can't promise they'll arrive by Christmas. Australia Post is at its busiest this time of year, so the earlier the better!
Returns and exchanges
Changed your mind?
We want you to love your order. If you change your mind, you can return unused items within 14 days of delivery for a refund, as long as they are:
- unused and unwashed
- in their original condition, with hang tags and packaging
To start a return, email us with your order number and email before sending anything back. We'll reply with the return details. You're responsible for the cost of return postage through Australia Post.
Once we receive and check your return, we'll refund the amount you paid for the items to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Original shipping costs aren't refunded on change-of-mind returns.
Exchanges
If you'd like a different colourway, contact us within 14 days. Subject to stock, we'll exchange the item once the original is returned. The customer covers postage for both directions on change-of-mind exchanges.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or we sent the wrong item, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll look into it with Australia Post and make it right with a replacement or refund.
Things to know before you order
- Colours may look slightly different on screen than in person.
- Our linen blend and scalloped edges mean small variations in texture and stitching are normal.
- Sale and discount-code orders can be returned the same way, and refunds are for the amount you paid.
